Today, I ran two miles at a 7 mph pace. This was, by no means, a giant accomplishment on its own... but it means I ran two days in a row for the first time in... awhile. I'll take it!
That's impressive! My short little legs can't go that fast...lol. I did scoot a little faster when I almost got hit by a car (someone never looked my direction when pulling out) so it was a near miss. I think I was the happiest person at work yesterday! The Good Lord ain't ready for me yet - yippee :) In the afternoon my dog got out & hubby saw him almost get hit...geez.
Oh my gosh, Sherry! That sounds terrifying! I'm glad everyone is okay! If nothing else, the faster pace helped me get some of my running confidence back. I'll take it.
Welcome to Run Baby Run where I blog about running my world. It's a journey in living, laughing, and loving, with some fitness and style thrown in for fun. Thanks for joining me on the journey!
